Founder, Nation's First Financial
Mesa, Arizona
For more than 25 years, Randy Rondberg has dedicated his career to helping families across Arizona navigate the complexities of retirement planning. As the founder of Nation's First Financial, he has built a trusted team of advisors committed to providing personalized, transparent guidance to every client who walks through the door.
"Every family deserves access to straightforward, honest guidance when it comes to their financial future. That belief has driven everything I've done for the past quarter century."
Before launching Nation's First Financial, Randy served as a branch manager at MetLife, where he developed his passion for client-centered financial planning. That experience shaped his belief that the most important part of financial planning isn't the numbers — it's the relationships.
Under Randy's leadership, Nation's First Financial has grown from a single office into a multi-location practice serving clients throughout Arizona, including offices in Mesa, Sun City, and Prescott.
Randy is proud to work alongside his son, Daniel Rondberg, who serves as a senior leader at Nation's First Financial and is the author of the Amazon bestselling book "Buy Back Your Life." Together, they are continuing to grow the practice while staying true to the values that built it.

At Nation's First Financial, we believe that retirement planning should never be one-size-fits-all. Every client who walks through our doors has a unique story — different goals, different concerns, different dreams for their retirement years.
Before we talk about products or strategies, we want to understand what matters most to you.
We take the time to explain every option so you can make informed, confident decisions.
Your retirement plan should fit your life — not the other way around.
Our relationship doesn't end when the policy is signed. We're here for the long haul.
Whether you're approaching retirement or already there, I'd welcome the opportunity to have a conversation about your options. No pressure, no sales pitch — just honest guidance.
